What exactly is included in the physical bundle?
You receive Step 1, Step 2 and Step 3 lotions, Mix & Fix Powder, 10 pairs of Super Soft Sticky Hybrid Pads, one pair of Sticky Flat Dolphin Pads and one pair of matching Compensators. The Precision Brush and Premium Lash Tool are not part of the Basic Bundle.
What is covered by the written instructions?
The included written protocol covers preparation, product order, practical timing guidance, safe application and the essential treatment sequence. For video demonstrations, deeper lash science, troubleshooting and the certificate pathway, choose the optional online course.
How many treatments can I perform with one kit?
Typically up to 20 complete lash or brow lift treatments, depending on the amount used, the selected technique and individual processing needs.
Is the full online course included?
The Basic Bundle includes written instructions. The complete online course in English, Spanish, Italian, French or German can be added for 49,00€. It contains 20 sections, 63 lessons, 4 quizzes and 90 days of access. After completing the course, submit clear photos from two completed treatments. Once both results are approved, your Korean Lash Lift Pro Stylist certificate is emailed to you.
Certification is available only for treatments performed with AURA Monaco products. Purchasing the course alone does not qualify you for a certificate if you use other brands for your practical work.
How do I access the course if I add it?
Use the same account and email address as your order. Log in after purchase and open “Course Access” in the website menu. Your course, progress and certificate pathway are connected to that customer account.
Can I use the system for brows and different lash types?
Yes. The lotions can be used for professional brow lifting, and the included pad selection supports short, sparse, straight and resistant lashes. Always adapt timing and product placement to the individual client and follow the appropriate safety protocol.
How long do the lotions process and how long do results last?
Processing is generally 6 to 12 minutes, depending on lash thickness and condition. These are guidelines, not a universal timing rule, so a Lash Check is essential. Clients typically rebook every 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the natural lash cycle and condition.
How long do the lotions last after opening?
For best performance, use Step 1 within 2 months, Step 2 within 3 months and Step 3 within 6 months after opening. Reseal each bottle tightly and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
How does EU delivery work?
