Final merchant-protective version. Mandatory rights prevail only to the extent they cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
1 Scope and controlling checkout terms
This Payment and Shipping Policy applies to orders accepted through koreanlashlift.eu by BEAUTYBOOST LTD. It forms part of the Terms and Conditions. The service, price, tax, shipping charge and estimate shown in the final checkout for the specific order control over general examples on this page.
The corporate address is not a returns address. Returns must follow the separate Return and Cancellation Policy and the routing instructions issued for the order.
2 Prices currency and taxes
Checkout uses EUR unless clearly stated otherwise. Product price, applicable sales tax or VAT, delivery charge and any mandatory fee collected by us are displayed before order submission as required by law.
A customer outside the fulfilment customs territory is the importer of record unless checkout expressly states that duties are prepaid. The customer is responsible for lawful import clearance, tax, duty, brokerage and carrier disbursement charges not expressly included in the checkout total. We do not control those charges and do not reimburse them on a convenience return.
3 Payment methods authorisation and capture
Available methods are those displayed at checkout and may include cards, PayPal, Klarna or another financing option, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other wallets. Availability depends on location, order, device, provider approval and risk checks; no method is guaranteed.
Submitting payment authorises the selected provider and us to authenticate, reserve, capture and, where necessary, reverse the amount associated with an accepted or cancelled order. A temporary authorisation is not necessarily a completed charge. Provider posting and release times are outside our control.
Financing, instalment and wallet services are provided under the provider’s separate terms. The provider decides eligibility, credit checks, payment schedule and fees. A dispute with a provider does not excuse payment properly due to us unless applicable law says otherwise.
4 Verification fraud controls and refusal
We may hold fulfilment while verifying identity, billing address, delivery address, professional status, sanctions, payment authority, abnormal quantity or fraud signals. We may ask for proportionate evidence and may refuse or cancel an unaccepted order if verification is not completed.
Attempts to use another person’s payment method without authority, manipulate discounts, evade quantity limits, abuse promotions, resell without approval or submit materially false information may result in cancellation, suspension, evidence preservation and lawful reporting.
5 Fulfilment carriers and timing
Physical goods are normally dispatched from Germany using DHL and any replacement carrier displayed at checkout. We may use another suitable facility, service or carrier where this does not materially reduce the contracted service.
Current checkout guidance may include 1–3 Business Days within Germany, 3–7 Business Days within the EU and Switzerland, and 5–21 Business Days for other accepted destinations.
A dispatch or delivery date is an estimate unless checkout expressly labels it guaranteed. Business Days exclude weekends and relevant public holidays. Timing starts after contract acceptance, cleared payment and completion of required verification. Orders containing items with different lead times may be held for one shipment based on the longest lead time or split at our discretion without increasing the customer’s displayed shipping charge.
6 Delays stock errors and partial fulfilment
Weather, peak volume, carrier failure, border control, customs, strikes, governmental action, cyber incidents, supplier failure and address checks may cause delay. We will provide any delay notice, consent request, cancellation option or refund required by applicable law.
Stock displays are not a reservation. If an accepted item becomes unavailable, we may cancel and refund that item, offer an equivalent only with consent where required, or dispatch available items separately. A partial cancellation does not cancel unrelated accepted items.
7 EU Consumer delivery rules
A Consumer order must be delivered at the agreed time or, if no time was agreed, within the mandatory default period. Any additional period, termination and refund rights for late delivery remain unaffected. Risk passes when the Consumer or an identified third party other than the carrier obtains physical possession.
8 Address changes failed delivery and rerouting
The customer must check the address before submission. An address-change request is effective only when we confirm it before fulfilment. We are not responsible for a carrier reroute, forwarding instruction or safe-place request made by the customer after dispatch.
Where a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, non-collection, failed access, unpaid import charge or unauthorised rerouting, we may require advance payment of reasonable return and redelivery costs or deduct them from a voluntary refund. Consumer deductions occur only where law permits.
9 Delivery evidence loss and damage
Carrier tracking, delivery scan, photograph, signature, geolocation or recipient record may be used as evidence of dispatch or delivery but remains open to contrary evidence. Report a genuinely missing parcel promptly so we can investigate within carrier deadlines.
Preserve the shipping carton, label, packing materials and contents for visible damage, shortage or tampering. Business Customers must give written notice within two Business Days. Consumers should notify promptly, but a voluntary reporting period does not extinguish a non-waivable right.
Consumer transit risk passes as required by mandatory law. Business Customer risk passes when the goods are handed to the carrier. A Business Customer must pursue no independent carrier settlement that prejudices our claim without consent.
10 Shipping charges and free shipping
The checkout amount is authoritative. Free shipping applies only to the stated eligible subtotal, destination, service and promotional period after discounts and before excluded taxes or charges unless the offer says otherwise. Premium, remote-area, oversized, dangerous-goods, replacement and redelivery services may be excluded.
A refund for a valid Consumer cancellation includes only the delivery amount required by applicable law. Premium upgrade cost, customs, brokerage, voluntary return postage and failed-delivery cost are not refunded unless law or our written offer requires it.
11 Digital delivery
Courses and digital content are supplied to the email or account associated with the order after acceptance and any required consent. Delivery occurs when functioning access credentials, link or content are made available. Spam filtering, an incorrect email, failure to log in or incompatible customer equipment does not by itself establish non-delivery where access was functioning, subject to mandatory law.
Contact support promptly about access failure. We may verify identity, reset credentials or restore access before another remedy is considered.
12 Refunds reversals and chargebacks
Approved refunds are issued to the original method unless law or provider rules require otherwise. Our issuance time is distinct from the provider’s posting time. We may offset or recover an amount duplicated by refund, chargeback, payment reversal or carrier compensation to the extent lawful.
A good-faith statutory or card dispute is not penalised. Knowingly false non-receipt, unauthorised-transaction or defect claims may be contested with order, access, carrier and communication records and may lead to lawful collection or account restrictions.
13 Business Customer terms
For Business Customers, all estimates are non-essential unless expressly guaranteed in a signed writing. Delay does not entitle the Business Customer to consequential loss, lost appointments, client compensation, substitute purchasing or lost profit. Any liability is governed by the TOS cap.
Business Customers bear import compliance, commercial address accuracy, insurance after risk transfer, immediate inspection and evidence preservation. They may not set off a shipping claim against an unpaid invoice.
